Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is cash-based sports physical therapy?

Cash-based physical therapy means you pay directly at the time of service—no insurance hassles. This model allows us to focus entirely on you and your performance goals, not what insurance will reimburse. With cash-based care, there are no insurance delays, referral requirements, or waitlists. You can typically get in within days—not weeks—and start working toward your goals immediately. This means faster recovery, quicker progress, and more control over your care. Whether you're dealing with an injury or looking to enhance your performance, we make getting into the clinic simple and stress-free.

2. How is sports performance physical therapy different from traditional PT?

Sports performance PT goes beyond rehab. We focus on:

  • Injury prevention

  • Optimizing biomechanics

  • With cash-based care, we’re free to focus on performance, durability, and longevity, not just basic function.
